The Challenge:
Establish an online presence for the Visa Commercial Solutions group that both informs Visa employees of the group's mission and reinforces their strategic importance within Visa.
CTD worked with Visa personnel on a redesign that addresses look & feel as well as content organization to better suit the needs of two key audiences with different needs – the general body of employees across the organization, and Visa Commercial Solutions team members and affiliates.
The new design employs an updated and branded look to project the group's strategic importance. Layering of the site content pushes key messages to the top level of each section to capture the attention of the casual viewer, while in-depth exploration is encouraged by a well articulated navigation scheme. Frequent site users and Visa Commercial Solutions team members alike are able to rely on the site as a clearinghouse for group resources, particularly through a sortable Document Library of downloadable references.
