Business Process Automation Promotional Calendar The Challenge: Design a fifteen-month calendar to do double duty as a quick reference resource for Visa's upgraded procurement system, Ariba 8.2. Visa's Business Process Automation group wanted a way to keep key process changes resulting from the system upgrade in front of employees far beyond the initial program rollout. CTD's calendar design featured a spiral binding at the top of a tent-style structure which allowed for tabbed calendar faces with helpful hints on the front, and more detailed helpful information on the backs. When the calendar is no longer current, it can be turned around and used as a tabbed help guide featuring fourteen procurement-related topics and a "Quick Guide" section. Services: Art direction, graphic design, page layout, production and pre-press, and print service management.
